Hi, I’m Sue, founder of Delta Solutions.
I’ve spent my career working with businesses at different stages of growth — from early-stage ventures to established organisations needing stronger financial insight, structure and control.
I’m a Chartered Accountant, but my role goes far beyond compliance. I work alongside business owners, boards and trustees as a trusted finance adviser — helping them make sense of complex situations, weigh up options, and move forward with confidence.
I’m known for being calm under pressure, well-prepared, and straightforward to talk to — even when the numbers are uncomfortable. Clients value having an experienced, independent perspective: someone who asks the right questions, spots risks early, and keeps decisions grounded in reality.
My approach is thoughtful, diligent and ethical. I care about doing things properly and building long-term resilience — not quick fixes or box-ticking.
Outside of client work, I’m actively involved in the local business and charity community, supporting organisations that care about people as well as performance. And when time allows, I enjoy discovering good local restaurants.
