Initially contact me by phone or email for a free of charge no-obligation discussion. If you feel that you would like to discuss how I can help your business further, we should meet to discuss the options. Again at this point I am happy to meet with no-obligation.
Should you wish to go ahead with my services further, I will undertake an Assessment and Planning session with you. From this I will produce a quotation detailing the work and costs. Work can be for either a one-off project or regular on-going work. Regular work is often billed monthly but can be quarterly.
I can discuss and agree the scope of work, which will be formally advised to you in an engagement letter. In line many financial institutions, I will need to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and ask for certain personal information from you before commencing the assignment. This is, of course, totally confidential.
Work can be face to face, virtual or, most often, a combination of both working methods. I can work flexibly to meet your needs.

I have the ability to assess a business and immediately see where I can help you improve your business. This can be through time spent with your teams, motivating and training or assessing the position of the business through the development of management reporting.
